You will enjoy an exceptional atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork at Salon Agape`. As a non-commission/team based salon, our team members strive to help every other team member become a success. We know that our salon’s success depends on the individual success of each team member.

Advancement at Salon Agape` is based on your skills and performance. Requirements are clearly spelled out for each level and reviews are conducted quarterly to discuss your progress.

We have in-salon classes taught by our salon coaches for all designers, as well as periodic in-salon classes taught by Aveda educators for all team members.
